cpu program help

Kermit posted one of the 2 most used programs I run and this http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/index.html being the second.Adaware is great for ad ware but you really need a malware program also so you really should run both.Spybot has a feature called teatimer which runs in the tray and if anything attempts to write to the registry it will popup and ask if you want it to.This prevents highjackers and a crap load of other head aches.Btw update both weekly.

This stuff is getting more and more common all the time. Used to be you got stuff on your puter from going to porn or warez sites now it's any site. First time I got hijacked it was a recipe site of all things! I uses spybot and ad-aware. I run spyware guard most of the time now but not all the time.
