why in the hell won\'t u-haul rent a trailer to explorer\'s?

I ran into this problem two months ago. Reserved a trailer and one the way there I call to verify. The gal says sure it's here. I ask her about trailer lights and if I need an adaptor. She says maybe, what you driving. I say '02 Explorer. Next thing I hear is sorry sir, you can't have it! Talk about a complete load of sh!t! That's like saying a Chitty Blazer is safer than my Explorer. No Facking Way! I'm still pissed over the deal. [img]/phpBB/images/smiles/icon_mad.gif[/img]
