The slickest dirty trick in this electition

It's on the news today and hope everyone who got worried about the draft scare can now breath again. I read the 6 pages of posts on the original posting of this and was laughing at times and pissed at other times.
The sponsor of this Bill is I'm sorry to say a congressmen from my home state, Charles Rangle a Democrate. And guess who the Co- sponsor is, also a Dem.
This is a good ploy, knowing it would never get voted in, what a slick move.

Well since it was introduced in 2003 it's hard to say if it is a ploy or not.I was however surprised at who the sponsor of the bill was.Btw I was not aware of this till recently but the same bill has been introduce before.
