Who would of thought Kmart would have done this-> http://story.news.yahoo.com/news?tmp...t_sears_merger
11 Billion! I would of thought it would of been the other way around although neither Co is too stable. That Lambert guy is the one who has all the money.

Any ideas on what the new store name should be?

What I heard on TV is it's a merger and that Sears is driving the truck. Supposedly, no changes in name. I'm not sure that 2 weak companies make a strong one. Anyone here remember Packard-Studebaker?

In it's day Kmart had special reduced prices on certain things in the store at any given time and a blue flashing light told you where it was. Thus the blue light special.
