Video software

I'm putting "NELIE's" video footage together and wondered what's the best (reasonable priced) analog video to digital file conversion software out there today.

Any suggestions? Thanks.

Ulead Video Studio

And if you want to shell out the big bucks:

If you got a capture card already (i guess you are going from vhs to cd) hubs uses Pinnacle. He tried Adobe premiere but said pinnacle was the best out there for the price. He uses Nero to burn with. I think a lot of it too is personal preference. He likes paintshop pro for photo editing and I like photoshop.
