They really do sound awesome but who in their right mind would spend $14,000 on a toy you can't ride in?

They have 1/4th scale cars they put them in... but if you're talking a 1/8th or 1/10th scale car... I think most nitro cars of that size use a 1/2hp engine... the fact that these make over 3.5hp means it would probably haul ass!! That is if you could fit the huge engine into the little chassis.
I hadn't noticed this at first, but on the Viper V10 page there's a link for more pics and they show the engine stand it's mounted on, with the tranny output shaft connected to a pencil sharpener! That's f'n funny lol!
Since the Viper engine is 1 of a kind they're asking $250,000 for it... and you thought $14,000 for an RC car was steep

I saw this guy with one at the world of wheels( I think) in Minnepolis once. He started it up for me, it was the blown one. He showed me all the parts he has to make it. IT's F*cking amazing to see in real life. Man do they sound good. It went too, he was whipping cookies on the cement floor like not a big deal. It was in a custom made 32 roadster with a 427 sohc engine in it with the blower!

Hmmm, can you mount those to a lawn mower? Someone ask what size or hp you tell them you have a V10 or a 427 on there.

I had a video on my old hard drive that would of amzed everyone who comes to FM! This guy oversea's made a 1/4 scale EXACT replica of a old Ferrari racecar. It took him YEARS of machining ( what he done for a living) this thing was so exact you used a correct scale "KEY" to turn it on. Move the shifter to any gear while holding the clutch and the wheels would go. It sounded like a ferrari in the video too.

Gauges worked EVERYTHING worked like the real thing.

I will try and find the site (probably wont) and if I do please be seated.

I saw that Ferrari video several years ago as well. It's true. The WHOLE CAR was done to scale, and everything on it works!

The guy was european. The car was mind blowing!
