Saw a car today and my husband and i were 'arguing' over what it was and I had only caught a glimpse. He insisted it was a chevy and I said no it had to be a mercury. We didn't turn around and go back to settle it though. Later tonight I went down the street to visit the chevy guy and his brother told me it was a 63 Mercury umm yeah, it was a Merc anyway. Meteor maybe he said? A small size of the mercs. I'll have to go have a look see.

If he thought it was a Chevy it probably had 6 taillights.

Could be a 61 Meteor (Full Size)

or maybe a 63/64 Full Size Merc (Monterey/Montclair,etc....)

It was parked so all you could see was the side and the front. He thought it said Chevrolet across the front of the hood. It turns out it is a 63 Meteor according to a guy that works down there. That would be the US mid-size (Fairlane) Meteor, and its the sport package called a S-33.

I had a oddball dream a while back and it was some new tbird that was kinda like this but shorter with the little tail lights but below them were bigger than the normal ford round tail lights. Looked pretty cool in the dream.[img]/phpBB/images/smiles/icon_lol.gif[/img] But then I also filled the back seat area of my car with dirt and put a ugly plant there and said "watch someone steal this!" because people kept stealing my radio.[img]/phpBB/images/smiles/icon_lol.gif[/img]
