is this a good deal?

Guy from ebay wants $200 for a 95 302 block. Its bored 30 over, magnafluxed, new cam bearings, and freeze plugs installed.
He is about 50 miles from the house so I dont have shipping cost.
Before I build it i would probably bring it to the machine shop for them to check everything out first. Sounds like a okay deal, its been sitting in his basement for a year, what should I look out for?
Thanks
Rich

My biggest concern would be rust.Make sure the cylinders and lifter bores are clean and have been oiled up.You can look it over for obvious cracks/damage but it will be tough to spot much with just the naked eye.It does sound like a good deal though.
