Re: Would Your Engine Stand Fifty Hours @ Wide Open Throttle?

I was thinking this morning that if wide open throttle in my car was 140 mph,I could drive from Charleston,S.C. to Los Angeles,Ca. in twenty one hours and back in another twenty one hours & have eight hours to spare.

Re: Would Your Engine Stand Fifty Hours @ Wide Open Throttle?

WOT in my Falcon is probably about fifty-thousand miles per hour but to be conservative I can make it from Sacramento to San Fran in about 3 hours... (70 mile drive...)
