Monster Bike.

We have a guy over here in Perth, who has done some very successful jumps in cars, cars with caravans, car spirals etc, and in some cases, has achieved a world record.

Then....never heard from him for years.
Now we present Ray Baumann, with his new Monster Bike.
It has recently been filmed for cable TV (Discovery I think), and will be crushing some cars here in a couple of weeks.

Re: Monster Bike.

neat. I had that idea years ago before I ever got involved in the motorcycle business, just never gave it a second thought. One of our manufacturer field service reps built a custom bike with a 52 HP 4 cylinder diesel engine. It's an old BMW bike, he had to have gears custom made (the OEM BMW trans was set up for a 10,000 RPM engine where the diesel runs 3500 max), made a bellhousing, etc. I worked with him quite a bit...it's a really cool bike and it cruises the freeways at 80 mph at only 1400 RPM, takes NO throttle input to smoke the rear tire, and it definitely turns heads! The exhaust note is...well...like a tractor, but once the turbo gets put on (right now it's N/A) the exhaust note will be much nicer.
