That reminds me.... I hate it when there are guys with blowers out there on sidewalks or driveways blowing all the clippings and other crap out onto the road when you're passing by. I don't know what it's like in other states, but that's illegal in Georgia. What's worse is these blowers are powerful enough to pick up rocks and hurl them out onto the road. I've never wanted a horn more than when I come across these guys (and i tend to run across them quite frequently)....
its illegal to blow grass in the street? Its funny last week I just got done talking to a Georgia cop out here with other cops for a bachelor party and I was downright appalled at some of their stories, btw flying rocks sucks but having grass in the street whats the big deal?
Cement shoes, KILL KILL KILL, bullets in knee caps?
Geez, I thought I was being low key.
Yep, I thought your suggestions were pretty un-violent compared to shooting someone in the knees.

It's not just grass in the street. Lawn and grass clippings are considered waste products so blowing it out onto the street is the equivalent of dumping trash on the street. And this goes especially for public highways.
It goes along with ordinances not allowing lawns to encroach out on neighborhood roads.
My dad was moving the front lawy a few years ago, on his riding mover.... HE hit a baseball sized rock and shot it right through the front window of the house he was fixing up to rent
Yep, bullets in the knee caps, thats the Irish in me, that way when folks see someone with a bad limp, they have a reminder not to do what he or she did!!

I have a neighbor who owns a large doberman. That mutt makes a trip into my yard daily to leave me a present. I take my shovel and sling that present back into my neighbors yard everyday. I call it poetic justice.

Good job! Aim for their car next time! Irresponsible dog owners who don't pick up after their pets ruin it for other owners who do.
