I can remember getting a spanking (cutting ) for calling my brother Pregnant. Didn't know what the word ment but I had heard it and was mad at my bro... funny how things change..

Last day of school my junior year and we had moved to about 30 miles away so the folk drove me to and from school normally. On this day my older brother came and picked me up after school. It was a small school and there were three buses to take the students home.
My brother thought it would be a good idea to do a power brake in his Impala in the parking lot after I got in. He got the car to do donuts about 50 feet from the buses and he stayed on it till we heard sirens(about 5 minutes).
Never did get caught and my friends told me they had to evacuate the buses and school.
Tire blew out when the car got home.

Mine was also a snowball incident.

Some of you may find it hard to believe but I was a bit of a ne'er do well in my HS years. Inner city public school, early '70's, etc.

So it was a snowy day in January and it was my first day back at school after a 2 month suspension (don't ask). I immediately skipped all classes in the morning and was well into an herb induced day by the time the lunch breaks came around.

So we had this PITA security guard that liked to push his weight around. Read hard a$$. He came outside in an area where the stoners usually hung out, made some sort of comment about me being back at school, and then walked on and turned into A courtyard that led to the cafeteria. From where I was standing to the entry of the lunchroom was probably about 30 yards.

I had a snowball in my hand and it just seemed the logical thing to do, so as he was about ten feet or so from the luncroom door I set sail a high, lofting snowball about the size of a softball. It wasn't hard packed or anything, and I was actually quite surprised on how high it arched and how well it flew.

Just as he pulled the door open to the lunchroom, POW! right in the back of the neck. Couldn't of been a more perfect shot. kind of like sinking the game winning basket from the 1/2 court line, right at the buzzer.

Had I been a smarter lad I probably wouldn't have been standing where I was, still on tiptoes to see the impact, when he turned around to see WTF had knocked him. Of course it took about a split second for us to make eye contact and about 1/2 as long for me to be standing tall before the principal.

Immediate suspension as the school had a 'No Snowball' policy in effect. Hell, 1st day back and I hadn't even been to a class yet and I was already getting bounced. I tried getting indignant but no go. And the security dude was still pi$$ed.

Only cost me a week of suspension so the folks weren't too hacked (or suprised by this point).

Maybe later I will post about my last day at school, which came about just a month or two after the snowball adventure.

Burn out day senior year. Borrowed a friends old Caprice Classic. Beater with a good engine.
The street at our school was a main thru road and not far from the cafeteria doors that were open. Well I proceded to do a nice bleach smoke burnout, not thinking what direction the wind was blowing.
Well the wind was blowing due east, right into the school. They evacuated the school because there was so much smoke inside and everyone was complaining about it, the vent system sucked it up and displaced it all over the building! Ended up losing a tire because of it, and basically was made to graduate early that was fine by me !

Calspec, I'd been with you the whole time if we'd went to school together!... 4th Grade- left school, walked 5 miles home because I hated my teacher..instant trip back to school( butt busted ,1st in school suspension) 7th grade.. tadpole in teachers desk-- caught gym on fire(accident, not a pyro) found a peeking spot into SR High girls locker room (is it wrong to remember fondly a certain 17yr old changing clothes if she is now 40?). 8th Grade.. stole my dads Datsun P/U and drove it to the county fair- got caught by sister. 12th grade- first speeding ticket- 98 in a 55 ( in my 66 F100). Too many butt bustings and detenions to remember. I now ,manage a construction company, teach sunday school, and raise 3 daughters.... I hate it when teenage boys come over...we all know why.

Well there are a few samples of Highschool incidents I can remember,
Hope I don't offend anyone!

Smoked pot up in the catwalk of the auditorium while a play was going on.

Broke into the chemistry lab after school and stole various things including india ink which is still under my brothers and my skin today.

Peeled out in my brothers 69 Firebird and broke the wheel studs on one side launching the tire across the highway and into the school parking lot. Of course everyone was watching.

Drag racing a full on drag car from Grandjunction CO. and the hood flew off the Firebird.

Ass ended a GTO on main street with my first car and popped the trunk of the GTO revealing huge quantities of drugs in the goat's rear end. Cushed the hell out of the car but the driver for some reason didnt want to hang around till the cops came.

Took my buddies full race 68 Camaro to school and did open header burnouts in front of the auto shop and the building that the mentally handicaped people studied in. We were told we could have killed one of them and we were not so politely told to never bring the car back on school grounds.

Buddies dad got good and drunk one evening and decided to drive his outlaw sprint car to the gas station to fill the tank. My buddy and I each took a nerf bar and held on for dear life. I dont think I have ever been so terrified and cool at the same time.

Remember getting drunk at my buddies 16th birthday and puking my guts out. A couple minutes later I was making out with some girl.

Raced a YZ 490 on my first street bike and won 20.00.

Got my 49 Wlillys wagon stuck in the mud and had to leave it burried for over a month. Went back to get it and it was gone.

Got on my buddies roof one winter to watch my brother and my buddy get chased by the cops while they were riding a YZ 125 through the neighbor hood. My buddy was on the back with a bottle of Wild Turkey. A couple of blocks past his house I got to see them crash badly and get taken to jail.

Threw a snowball through a guys window one time and hit him right in the head. Spent the next hour hiding from a very pissed off dude that kept circling the block looking to kill us.

Brother and I got kicked out of a dance once because we were too intoxicated and causing trouble.

Lots of drunken brawls and a little jail time.

Lots of keg parties which is the reason I'm a little slow to remember all the crazy shizzle my brother and I got in to. Needless to say, the stories are endles when my bro and I get together.
