Something told me I shouldn't drive my Falcon today.

Calspec, I saw that thing today while doing the ebay shuffle. There is another one too that looks to be in better shape but it is slightly damaged with no rust.
The sad part is my bumper was perfect and newly rechromed. My drivers fender was the best one out of both my fenders.

damn thats a bummer theres a couple of falcons around here that may be attainable as far as parts go i'll try to find out what up with them.

I re read my 1st post and looks like I forgot to mention the "asshat" that cut me off was pulled over and sited. Two different witnesses got her license plate number which probably will save my butt if everything works out right.
The cop said she was sited for causing a "non contact accident" or something like that. No one else was sighted but her so hopefully she will still have to pony up.

On a happy note, I picked up a couple of ebay fenders today! No such luck on a bumper though. I may have to see what the chrome shop will charge to fix mine. Its probably to mangled.

It was all about instinct in that situation. I saw her coming in fast and I swerved hard.
In hindsight yea I would have let her hit me or not driven the car at all that day but it is what it is and what it is really sucks.

it is easier said than done. notwithstanding the body damage, sounds like you lucked out.

67, if anything fits i think 68-70 would be a closer match to the front bumper, i can get a picture of my front bumper on my 69 here next monday if its not to late, if it is go to The Ford Falcon NewsTFFN) Classic Ford Falcon, Econoline And Mercury Comet site and look at the photos of 67/68's and see if they are a closer match, i know the 67 is more closely related in body panels to the 68-70 falcons.
