FM article help? Pictures of laboring on your car.

Hey guys. If anybody has any pictures of themselves in the act of working hard on their car can you please attach them to this thread? Could be anything but any heavy lifting or grinding or wrenching would be great. Something where you are exerting force would help my story. I appreciate it.

Jon

Yeah I'm with deadhorse, I'd like to help on this but I don't have a friend to sit around and snap photos of me working. Besides I don't want to show my incompetence over the net

Only got pictures of the car in various stages as it goes to pieces now, Sorry.

Thanks guys. Yes, the fact that they are hard to get is what makes them valuable to us and as elements of a story worth reading for you guys. Sometimes girlfriends, wives, friends, or children are around to take those pictures.

tonight when my wife gets home - i could do a fake one -- like carrying a rear end gear set into the garage-- or crawling out from under the car with a drive shaft in my hands -- -it would be only half fake as i just changed a u joint --

A fake shot would be great. It's worth a T-shirt if we use it. I like the gear set idea and driveshaft idea. Please, I really want to stop using my mug so much for all my articles.

I can get you a real one in a couple of days - blew up the trans this weekend and the car is up on jacks now. Problem is that I have a networking class and finals this week, can't get to the thing before Wednesday.

That'd be great Chris. The more examples, the better. I'm trying to prove a point in my article that there are some physical benefits to our hobby. Reader contributed photos would really top off my article well.
