head porting

Thank for all the info this board has on head porting. I have ported my worldproducts sr heads. The results were beyond what I expected and this is the most performance increase for the cost that I have done to my car. This is also great that I done it my self, what a reat felling. If any one is thinking about doing there own head don't be afraid to do so. Just remember what you are trying to do and that is increase the air flow with out enlarging the intake port to much. Work with the air flow path and remember air flow don't like sharp turns and need room around the valves to flow good. On the exh side remember that the air is been pushed out by the exh. stroke so look at the valve pocket and port to see what you can do to help the air to flow out with the least effert possable. This is the way I looked at it when I did mine and they turned out better then I expected. If what I am say is wrong then some one tell me, so I don't give anyone the wrong info.
