What Sanding Grit to Finish With?

I curious what would be the best sanding grit to finish with on porting aluminum and iron heads?

What Sanding Grit to Finish With?

I finish Iron heads with a stone, grit would be like 80. Aluminum I finish with used 80 grits...more like 70 grit.

What Sanding Grit to Finish With?

60 grit on intake to stop fuel droping out and 340 grit on exhaust port to help stop carbon build-up, this is from another forum and others here may know better, not my personal experience but is what I'll be trying. hope this helps.
