On the E7's you want to raise the roof as much as you can and widen the ports some.
The valve job is very important here, as well as using a 12° back head valve and a 30°-33° back cut.
Personally, unless you just cannot scrape together a thousand bucks, I wouldn't use the E7's . Almost any head on the market aside from fords replacement crap will make upwards of 40HP right out of the box.
