Roush 200 heads

I posted this in the tech section, then thought I'd better change it to here.
Are these heads any good? I have a chance to buy some for $600.00 and did a search for them here.
I have to have a subscription to see the second page and that they (Fordmuscle) hinted they were disappointed in their performance.
What's wrong with these heads, if anything?

About those heads... I think I remember something about the exhaust port size was an issue. But that may have been only for the first production run... after that, they may have fixed that issue.

So, before you buy, maybe finding a date code for manufacture would be a good thing, then pony up $15.00 and subscribe to FM to read the artical. $30.00 gets you a subscription and a cool tee-shirt too.

I could be more specific about those heads, I am a subscriber and could re-read this artical for you, but they block that out to non-subscribers for a reason.

The research FM does for the common good cost them $$$$ and I want to support FM, and intice other folks to support FM too.....

This way, they can do more projects for us to read.....
