portting and matching intake

I just had my heads ported by Les Schmader in PA but my question is should I gasket match/port the intake to match the heads on a 63.5 Galaxie 390 4sp with headers and high energy cam. He also installed CJ valves.

What heads and intake? Some heads have bigger ports and the bottom of the intake port should not be matched to the head.

Deep oil pan with melling high vol pump.
