intake gasket matching?

Here are a slew of pictures of the only port I did on my stealth intake. Im just gasket matching about 3/4" into the port. This port is like 95% done with just a tid but more smoothing to be done. The previous owner had all ready opened the tops up a little bit.

comparing the two

Last one.
I sand blasted it off today at work, and it cleaned up pretty good just want to try and figure out what to do as far as paint goes.
