5.8 fuel injectors help
I got a 89 f250 with a 94 5.8 in it but its just the 94 long block with all the 89 stuff on it. Been having trouble with it and have come to the thinking that the injectors are probably dirty, high milaged and need replacing. What are the stock injectors rated at and what would be the best repaclements for it? The truck isnt driven much except when pulling the camper etc so any hp increase would help.

Ever try fuel injector cleaner? I used a bottle with my 94 ranger at 175k miles, made a good noticable difference, stuffs only like 3 bucks too

5.8 fuel injectors help
It should have the 19lb orange top injectors. They are identical to the stock 5.0 HO Mustang injectors. They are plentiful on the used market.

Thanks, thats the answear I was looking for! I was wondering if the 19lbs injectors would be ok for the 351 without any other mods. Will let you know how it turns out.
