Fuel pump for a 5.4 DOHC engine

Hi there.
I'm using the Lincoln Navigator 5.4 DOHC engine in a project car of mine and have a couple of questions. I haven't got any fuel pump yet, but will buy now. What kind of fuel pump do you recommend? It must be able to provide enough fuel to feed 450 ponies and at the same time be compatible with the EEC-V. I know the OE fuel managment (EEC-V) ramp the fuel pressure during WOT up to 45 PSI (I think), but don't know if this is controlled by fuel pump or fuel pressure regulator (Most likely). Does anyone have this figured out?

I thought about using a Mustang DOHC fuel pump, but is that the best solution?

I'm in a kind of hurry here, so please help me...

the fuel presure is regulated by the pcm on the returnless fuel system. it changes the speed of the pump to increase or decrease psi.
