What is the back spacing on 94 gt WHEELS?

I would ask at the nearest tire store. They would most likely have the info right at their fingertips, unless someone has a set they can check.
There are two or three diameters of wheels that came stock on Mustang GTs for 94 so it would help if we knew which wheel you are talking about.

5.5" as I recall. You'll need a spacer and longer studs to properly use it on an early 'stang.

Like I said, you'll still need a spacer and longer wheel studs...The backspace is too deep and they'll rub on the inside of the fenders, hence the spacers and longer studs for safety.
