CFI hesitation

I have a 85 HO CFI mustang that has a hesitation when taking off. It happens between ~700-1000 RPM.
When I take off the air cleaner and rev the engine, you can sometimes see the injectors (both)spit and the engine stumbles at that point.

I've changed plugs, wires, cap and rotor, fuel filter, throttle position sensor, installed a throttle body kit (less injectors), checked fuel pressure(~38lbs), and checked timing. Also, there are no error codes being shown.

Any ideas? If it was not for both injectors spitting at the same time, I would think the injectors needed to be replaced.
