A9L-A9P-A9M

OK, I know the A9L is the Mustang computer that everybody wants. A9P is the automatic version of the A9L, but where does the A9M fit in. It's out of a 91 Mustang GT with a 5.0.

A9M is a from a manual trans car. Very similar to A9L... differences are subtle, you'd need EEC tuning software to be able to even find the differences.

Yea About 8 months ago i did a mass airflow conversion in my 88. My friend had a A9M i was lookin for the A9L as u said but we looked it up he said he got it from another guy that had a convertible 5speed so we looked into it, came to find out it was a maf computer came off a 89 i am not sure the differnces but it seems to be working fine in my car if u are tryin to do a maf conversion and only have a A9M, also i heard A9M's are harder to hook into some dyno machines.
