Really, engine size doesn't matter. The computer only knows how much air is being used based on the Mass Air meter readings.

You will need a harness and all the sensors like TPS, mass air meter, MAP or BAP sensor, O2 sensors etc... to make it work.

Not really if that answers your question?

You'll need a 351 specific intake, headers, and possibly a taller hood (to clear intake), all due to the taller deck height of the 351.

Here is a great article on the subject from Alternative Auto:

Note: there are a few options out there for the intake now, besides the Ford GT-40 piece...

Good luck!

Along with the above mentioned items you'll need a W accessory mount bracket to locate the AC and PS properly. You'll also need to lengthen the fuel rails between the banks or get a 351W specific fuel crossover. If you're running Smog you'll need to lengthen the AIR injection tube at the rear of the heads. Other than the small stuff it's just a matter of dropping it in. My 351C in the 89 was surprisingly easy to convert to EFI.

Yoy will also need the properly ballanced flywheel. I forget if it is the 25 or 50 oz.
