rear quarter windows

I was wondering if there was anyway that i could turn my back quarter windows on my convertible into cranks instead of automatic? Did the windows ever come with a hand crank in back? The reason i want to convert them to hand cranks is because they keep getting stuck up or down and id rather be able to just crank them up when i need to and not have to get someone to pull them up while i hit the switch. Thank you for any input that you might have on the subject.
