chemical dip
Doing a chem dip may be a little pricey, but you cant beat it for places you just cant treat any other way...In between panels, tight spaces, and any other places is what you really have to worry about and its those places that dipping excels at. Aside from the price everything must be removed from the car, though it sounds like you already have if your doing a full resto. The only caveat is that you might end up with a few holes in places that it'll be hard to fix, this due to the chemical's efficiency. I say go for it if its a full out resto, but i also think it'll take a little more effort, as you'll have to paint every imaginable area to keep the rust etc out from where it was just removed, otherwise it'll rust fast
