Installation of a non EGR Explorer manifold

Has any one out there installed a non EGR Explorer intake manifold on an 87-93 Mustang? If you did what you do with your EGR and the various tubing. Does deleting the EGR affect drivability at all? I am not worried about passing an emission inspection
Thanks to all that reply.

All you need to do is install it. You can leave the EGR valve and sensor connected and the vaccum line connected as well. Because there is no passage in the intake, the opening of the EGR valve wont result in anything... i.e. it is blocked off. Keeping it all connected just makes it easier, no hassles with trying to block off open vacuum ports.
