what is the best transmission fluid you'll recomend for a ford t-5 tranny?
(for sreet & strip use)

I personally just use valvoline ATF. It's cheap and I have beat the crap out of my 105,000 mile T5. Has not failed me yet. Just make sure It's the right ATF for ford. Other racing oils may be better but this has done the job in my car. Just my 2 cents. If it's a racer stick with red line or royal purple.

Just use regular Dexron/MerconIII, or you can spend a little more for synthetic, but not really worth the cost unless you are looking for that last .00001 at the track.
