Explorer manifold

Am I gonna notice any loss of low end torque switching from my stock 5.0 manifold to an explorer upper and lower? Will this require a new throttle body? If so, and I want to retain an anti-smog inspection stealth look, does that also mean I will need a new EGR plate?
