[img]/phpBB/images/smiles/icon_spin.gif[/img] I want to put a 95 5.0 into my 92 GT. What do I need to do to make it work in my car? Do I have to change the oil pan, timing cover things like that. Let me know. Any helpful hints will be great....

the only thing you should have to change is the upper intake.

As said above, only the upper intake needs swaped. The 94/95 use a shorter front cover and water pump, so you will gain room in the front. Make sure you get all the brackrts from the 95 to match the differanr pulley spacings.

To save yourself the headaches just use a 87-93 Stang WP and your existing accessory brackets.
