e303???

Can a e303 cam replace the stock cam without changing springs or anything major?? and what numbers should be on the end on an e303??

Yes, I think it is fine in a stock motor. As I recall, mine said E303 on it on it somewhere. I just can't recall if it was at the end of a full Ford part number, or simply said E303.
