Shorty headers to long tubes?

Well its time to buy an off road mid pipe for my 94 cobra and i have to decide whether i should get long tubes or not. I don't want to loose any torque down low when going from the 1 5/8 shorties to the 1 5/8 long tubes. My current setup is: 94 cobra, frpp shorties, 6lb powerdyne supercharger, stock mid pipe, and bassani catback.

Do you guys think i should get the long tubes? Will it increase my torque down low?
(I dont want any noticible feeling of torque loss down low)

Please let me know thanks.
