Stock Mass Air Meter Diameter on 89 5.0?

Anybody know the diameter?

I'm thinking around 60mm, but for some reason 58mm sounds like the exact measurement.

i think your right about 58mm

I'm fairly sure they are 55mm. I have one out in the garage, I'll double check tomrrow evening...

I agree...the early versions, I think were 55, then somewhere around 89 -90, they went to the larger diameter. Waiting to hear what TurboCoupe50 comes back with.

Nothing better than measuring it off the original.

And the size is...... 2 5/32" or approx 55mm. All '89-'93('88-'93 Calif) Stangs except for the '93 Cobra(70mm) used the same MAF meter.
