New engine in 91 GT with serious tuning problems

I need some help with this one. My engine is .30 over roller block with AFR heads 185cc 58cc. It has Silverlite pistons 10:1 compression. Lunati cam adv duration 285 int, 291 ex, dur. @50 221 int, 232 ex., gross valve lift 526 int. 530 ex. and a 106 lobe seperation angle. It has the GT 40 intake, 65 mm throttle body, 76mm mass air w/24 lb injectors w/ 24 lb sample tube., it has 3:55 gears, 5 speed tranny. Shorty equal length headers with H pipe and flowmaster mufflers. NO converters. Engine will not idle and no power till over 3000 rpms. Timing is set at 12 degrees static 32 total. Also cannot start at all or with difficulty after engine is hot. I was trying to get it close so I could drive it 70 miles away to a dyno shop but presently not driveable. Any assistance would be appreciated.

No check engine lights are on. Would there be codes without it?

it is possible to have stored codes.
what is your fuel pressure at? Also sounds like you have a C&L mass air meter, are you sure it has the right tube?

I'll check the codes. I have the stock fuel pump. Plan on getting a 255liter pump, adj fuel press reg and fuel press gage. I do have the C & L mass air meter and yes it has the 24 lb tube in it. I had a 70 mm from a '93 Cobra that I tried it did not seem to make a difference.

I seem to remember reading somewhere that the 165s were a better choice for 302/306, and the 185s for 351 and higher. Did you see or read of a combo that worked?

Not EFI friendly at all. Would work great if you had a carb.
