Dude, I think this is great, I'd love to see pics when you get it drivable. This sounds like and interesting swap. I may have missed it but what year 4.6? Power improved? Any future plans? Blower, turbo, that would look incredible under the hood. In the end it is HIS car, and whatever he wants to do to it is his decision. That car would definately be a looker at a car show.

Post some pics when you get a chance.
