Problems with my 95\' Mustang GT.. Help!

Okay well I bought a 1995 Mustang Gt about 2 months ago. I knew the car would have a few problems thats why I got a deal on it. Heres a list of everything that is done to it. It has flowmaster exaust, bbk shorty headers, bbk 65mm throttle body, cam, and a cobra intake. Well when I got the car home and drove it around some. It eventually wouldnt crank back up after driving it for awhile. The engine would turn over but it wouldnt crank. And if it did crank up then it would idle irradically and I would have to keep giving it gas or the car would turn off. So I did a little bit of tuning up and put in new spark plugs, fuel filter, pcv valve, rotor button, distributor cap, and an ignition module. After doing all of that it now starts up with no problem but it still idles rough and then after about a minute or less of not giving it any gas at all it cuts off. I know the cam makes it idle rough but it shouldnt be cutting off. What are some of the things I should check or some of the things it might be??? Also, the cobra intake that is on it, is an intake from a 1990-1993 cobra. Is it even possible to put that kind of intake on a 95' GT? Because ive never seen it done before. Could that intake be one of my problems??? Please help me someone!!!

Thanks, Joel

Check for a vacuum leak around the intake manifold with some carb cleaner. If the engine revs up thats where your prob is

Congrats on the SN95! I own two of 'em and I love em. Check that the TPS sensor is plugged in on the side of the TB. I swapped heads in my green 94 and forget to plug it in and it gave me a lot of the symptoms that you have.

Don't worry about the 93 Cobra intake. I think that as long as you have the adapter elbow it's ok. Both of mine have Fox intakes (GT40 tubular, and Edelbrock RPM).

Good luck.
