Which dash cluster?
Which dash cluster of 140 mph can I use in an 85 notch in place of the stock 85 mph?
Would anything be different if I change to EFI?

Ford Motorsports used to offer one, also thought the police packages came with one. If you look on the web there are some police mustang sites that have vendors. Might find the old Motorsport one on ebay. The SVO Mustangs had speedo's that were marked higher up but the numbers stopped at 85, just had the lines the rest of the way up. Don't know about the efi part, I just swapped out my old speedo with one of the motorsport ones years ago.
