How to clean up 96 460 efi intake

Hi, can anyone tell me a good way to clean up a 96 efi intake,, I bought the whole intake system, including the harness and computer,, for 150 bucks, the guy said the lower was sand beaded,, it looks kinda clean but not new, and the upper,and throttle body, looks bad, can anyone tell me how to clean it up real nice and maybe how to paint it also,, thanxs for any help,,

HELP, no jk ,, but theres got to be a better way,, i been working wire brush in a drill, it works pretty good on the flat parts,, but man it takes a while, been thinking about some kinda cleaner any advice would be greatly needed thanxs, and paul I saw that dizzy gear oiling trick off your site , got that done and fixed up the oil return holes in the lifter valley, thanxs for the info great site, heres a couple pics, how"d I do

You can have the lower and upper plenums media blasted. Easiest way out. The TB should be disassembled and cleaned with a new kit.

This is the twin TB setup, correct?

yes it is, I paid 200 for all the intake,rails, inj, computer, wiring harness, out of a 96 250,, but now I'm thinking about putting it in my 88 gt. because there is so much to change in my 95 f-150, it would prob, be cheaper to put it in the mustang, I'm thinking, and to go carbbed, thanxs for the info
