Injector Question

I was curious to know if having injectors sitting outside an engine for a year will cause them to be clogged and useless from the dried up fuel. I may be able to get a set but was wondering if it would be worth it, since I'd probably get them cleaned. Also, would cleaning them (not the bottle cleaners, the ones you find in a shop) be able to get all the old crud out?

Bump. Anyone have experience using used injectors?

The injectors sit on a Closed position. The only contamination that can get to them is through the fuel delivery line.

If that line is fine then just wash them off and use them.
