Re: Zephyr Twin Turbo Project

Well I solved my fuel line routing issues so there is now plenty of room to get busy on the exhaust.

I went through the frame!!! It was a booger bear to get'em through but I did it! The return line exits up through the trunk and back to the cell but I dont have any pics of that yet, the feed line was the perfect length and came out right at the fuel pump.

Thumbs up Re: Zephyr Twin Turbo Project

I have recently upgraded the radiator to a 3 core Ford Racing unit with an internal trans cooler, I never liked the external cooler nor how I had to mount it in between the radiator and intercooler so when the new radiator went in I decided to run me some nice cooler lines.

I went with Aeroquip hose and fittings and I really liked how the fabric hose cut (with scissors) and went together for a clean look and awesome fit.

Thumbs up Re: Zephyr Twin Turbo Project

Long time no post, I've got the exhaust system finished and the compressor bypass valves installed (thats blow off valves for you laymen term folk ). I hope to be firing it up this weekend in order to do the alignment and then start the tuning process.
