Hi Jim,
Sorry about this late reply.
Do you know if the firewall differs alot between your 65 and my 62?
I had to cut out a section of the floor out about 8"x6" over the bellhousing of my AOD just to get it in and make room for the top bolts.
Are the doug headers tight against the firewall?
