63 Galaxie Boxtop - CMEDROP's Build Up

hey wats up i have a 63 im working on but mines a fastback ive done all the similar mods u done but i shaved everything off mine except the door handles, ive shave the trunk and the gas door and the area around the gas door, i have the same problem in my trunk with the braces imma make some for mine also. are u putting a four link on urs?

do you have any pictures?
and yes i am doing a 4link, the tabs for the bars just need to be welded on now.

try kokanee beer some time.

everything is tacked together, but i forgot my camera out in the country.
so here is some mock up photos.

lined up the rear end


grinded down the ridge so that the circle would fit flush


placed circle in place, and through a bolt throught to make sure it doesnt bind. still need to weld the circle in place


made sure everything was centered


mocked the 4link tab, and bag mount in place


everything tacked into place

so now that the 4link it tacked, we put the body back on the frame to see how it fits. turns out i need to raise the trunk floor where it dipped



cut the floor out where it needs to be raised
