Re: 1968 Mustang - Restomod Hardtop

Here're the last pics. In order to pain the blue stripes, we reinstalled all elements: hood, doors, etc...

The car has been completely re-worked (don't know the word in english) in order to remove the shine of the white paint.

The stripes will be paint this week-end.

Now, preparing the body for the stripes...

Awesome car! I went out and showed a picture of your car to my 68 today. I noticed a tear swelling in his headlight and he said, "I knew I had a little brother out there somewhere."

Here is mine.

It's exactly his twin dude. Nice car too, do you have a topic to relate your history here or elsewhere?

Re: 1968 Mustang - Restomod Hardtop

Hey Sponge, I can honestly say your car looks awesome. There are a few differences but overall they pretty much look like twins. I don't have a post with my progress but I do have somewhat of a site set up that I kept track of my progress. Some of the pics disappeared as you will see. I guess I need to get in there and fix them. Anyway, here is the site.
