Man, those wheels set that thing off! I've never been a big fan of the smaller Fords but I love it!

Re: Turning this 64 Sprint into a bad ass car.

Thanks guys for the nice comments. I picked them out and the wheels are Boyd Coddington who died the day after I received them. The rears were special ordered because of the backspacing, the Corvette brakes, the Heidts coil overs and the four link system. I'll post some more pics tommorow. Thanks again.

I will try and post progress pictures each day.

A few more progress pictures. The car is very close to being done. Of course I have been saying that for a long time now.

Re: Turning this 64 Sprint into a bad ass car.

Hi James,

Your car looks great, it sits with a perfect stance.
I'm doing a similar restoration on my 64 falcon, I'm starting to install a Rod & Custom tubular coil-over front end today.
How about a few pic's of you engine compartment so I can see what it looks like without the shock towers.

Thanks in advance,
Gary

Here are a few pictures but please remember I don't have shock towers any longer because of the Heidt's mustang 2 ifs. As well Heidts sells inner fender panels to cover the hole where the towers use to be. Hope this helps and when your doing this kind of a project your need a lot of "patience" due to set backs and of course "bucks" and I don't mean deer but "doe?
