Turning this 64 Sprint into a bad ass car.

I bought this car a little over a year and a half ago for $3,000. It had a rebuilt 289 high performance, 9inch rear end with posi, racing axels and a c6 trannie. The car according to the owner had been sitting for about 8 months because he had run into some hard times. Here are some pictures.

I will try and post progress pictures each day.

Pictures of the sprint after it was media blasted. This car originated in California and then lived in Las Vegas. There was no rust found after it was blasted.

Awesome find. What are you going to power it with?

Here is a picture of the motor. It's a 408 stroker. This is a profesionally bult motor (not a crate motor) built by Bad Ass Racing in Sonoma California. I was told this thing will put out 530-550 hp and wil run in the 10's. The next two pics are of the build sheet 1st half and second half of sheet.

Nice project. Please embed the image into your posts. You do this by clicking the yellow sunset button: and then pasting the *direct* link into the box that pops up. You can find the direct link on the Imgageshack page that shows you all the link types for your image. Thanks.

I will try it here as a test. Believe me, I am not computer savy. In fact i have never copy or pasted before.
This picture is of the motor with it's "girdle" on.

Well I typed in the link in the sunset box but I can't open the picture with the red x?

Picture of Heidt's independent front suspension. I am also using the Heidt's coil over system in the back along with their 4 link system.

Pics of car with paint. I finally figured out how to post the thumbnails, eureka! The color of the car is of course back on top and "Cool Vanila" on bottom like the PS cruisers.
