Has anyone built their own 1 3/4 hedders with the Hed-11300
flange with stubs?

Yep. 351w in a stock chassis Maverick. 1 3/4" tubes and about 40" long to the collectors.

Did you use the Hedman flange? Are the flanges a square port design?
I think I'm gonna build my own if they are!

yes I believe they were hedman flanges. They were definetly a square port design.
