wheels

what is the biggest wheel size that will fit on a 1972 grabber? I tried putting a set of 17's off of a 96 mustang and they rubbed to upper control arm. Any suggestions?

you can fit some pretty decent sized wheels under a maverick. it all depends on your backspacing and such. Those wheels will fit if you get some spacers to move the offset out. go check out maverickmans website, he has a lot of information on there.

i have some 15's on my maverick, but there aren't any clearance issues i could go bigger but it's got a set of 275/50/15 drag radials on the back. the only thing is the backspacing should clear your leaf spring, but with the leafs i have the rest is tall enough that there aren't clearance issues
