1992 Mustang notchback for sale $3900 orig v8 manual

1992 Mustang notchback for sale $3900.
Original 5.0 v8 H.O., Original standard trans car

5 speed Manual transmission T5
Grey exterior grey interior, all stock except cold air.
I am taking a loss on this car but I need to sell it.
I bought the car and then found out it had some problems, so I am taking quite a big loss. I am going to be honest and upfront unlike what happened to me. The problems are fixable for minimal money I am told, but I dont have the time. I paid premimum for a car that was supposed to be perfect. The floorpan on one side has sagged open where spot welds look to failed. The (h pipes and cats) exhaust is not stock so the car will not smog. The smog shop told me that they thought that if I put the stock cats (stock h-pipe) back in the car it should pass, but I dont know anything about smog. The rest of the car seemms 100% stock and this is why I bought it. It is a beautiful car. Some call them coupes, notch or sport sedan, either way they to me they are the best looking fox car ever made - the trunk cars that the ssp and chp used. Seriously this is priced to sell quickley and I cant move from the price, I started very low to avoid haggling. The pictures show the car as it is. It is very pretty, solid has no rust and is all complete. This is your way in to a notchback for street or race or both

Here are links showing the problem:

This car is actually in my in-laws backyard! I live in OC myself. I'm not really in the market for one, but if I were i'd get it tomorrow. You know, fixing a floor pan (if that really all that is wrong) is really easy to fix.

Floor pan and the smog. The h-pipe on the car has 2 cats and that does not fly, not in Calif! My friend who fixes tractors in the field said to jack it up form underneath and weld it. My engineering friend said to cut out the pan and replace it. Either way I think you'd have to take the interior out and that type of bending and crouching I cant do after my accident that busted up 3 discs in my back. The front shocks are original and need replacement.

Not a clue, I was lied to about the car - we had communication afterwards, at one point on the phone he mentioned that the prev owner was extremely obese but he lied before so could be lying again
